Ascension Labs ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will not be processed.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays. Ascension Labs is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the method selected. Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders over $250.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@ascensionlabsresearch.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, reship or refund the order.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate U.S. shipping address. Ascension Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur additional fees.
All products sold by Ascension Labs are for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, you confirm that all products will be used solely by qualified research personnel for research purposes.
At Ascension Labs, the integrity, safety, and purity of our products are our top priorities. As all of our compounds are intended strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, including ordering errors, change of mind, or misuse. This policy helps us maintain quality control and ensures that all customers receive products that meet our rigorous standards.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ascensionlabsresearch.com. Please include a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your case and determine eligibility for a replacement.
