All products available on Ascension Labs are strictly intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption, medical treatment, or veterinary use.

By purchasing from Ascension Labs, you acknowledge and agree that:

Research Use Only Agreement

Every product is sold under our Research Use Only Agreement, which sets out permitted use, handling, storage and buyer responsibility. Entering the catalogue confirms your acceptance of it, and you confirm it again from your account each time you place an order. We keep a record of that confirmation with the order.

Limitation of Liability

Ascension Labs is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse or mishandling of our products. All responsibility lies with the buyer upon receipt and use of the product.

Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Orders may be declined if misuse is suspected, shipping restrictions apply, or incorrect information is provided.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways. Ascension Labs does not store any payment or card details.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders the same or next business day. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We ship to addresses in the United States only, in all 50 states, and do not ship internationally. Ascension Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or force majeure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any purchase made through this website are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
