BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide — a 15–amino-acid sequence based on a protein fragment found in gastric juice. In the lab it ships as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder that must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before it can be measured for in-vitro study. This calculator presets BPC-157's common vial sizes so you can turn a vial plus a volume of bacteriostatic water into an exact stock concentration and the insulin-syringe units that contain a target research quantity.

There is no single correct volume — it sets the concentration. A 5 mg BPC-157 vial in 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5 mg/mL (2,500 mcg/mL); 1 mL gives 5 mg/mL. Choose the volume that lands your target research quantity on an easy-to-read syringe mark, then read the exact draw above.

Reconstituted BPC-157 is generally kept refrigerated and used within a few weeks; store single-use aliquots away from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycling. This is laboratory storage guidance, not administration guidance.
Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) is the usual solvent for a multi-use research stock because the preservative limits microbial growth across the storage window; sterile water is single-use. The reconstitution math is identical either way — only the storage window differs.
