GHK-Cudosage & bacteriostatic water calculator — stock concentration and syringe units.
GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, studied in vitro for gene-expression, collagen, and antioxidant-enzyme research. It ships lyophilized in 50 mg and 100 mg vials and is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. This calculator presets both GHK-Cu vial sizes so you can convert a vial and a water volume into an exact stock concentration and syringe draw.

At 25 mg/mL, draw 0.01 mL to measure 250 mcg.
Molecular weight is informational; the reconstitution math depends only on the mass in the vial and the water you add.

Stock concentration (mg/mL) for GHK-Cu's vial sizes at common bacteriostatic-water volumes.
| Vial | 1 mL | 2 mL | 3 mL |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 mg | 50 mg/mL | 25 mg/mL | 16.67 mg/mL |
| 100 mg | 100 mg/mL | 50 mg/mL | 33.33 mg/mL |
Multiply mg/mL by 1,000 for mcg/mL. On a U-100 syringe, 1 mL = 100 units.
The volume sets the concentration: 50 mg in 5 mL is 10 mg/mL; 50 mg in 2 mL is 25 mg/mL. Because GHK-Cu vials are high-mass, more water keeps the concentration in a workable range — enter your numbers above.
100 mg in 5 mL is 20 mg/mL; 100 mg in 10 mL is 10 mg/mL. Select the 100 mg size in the calculator to preset it, then choose your water volume.
The blue tint comes from the bound copper(II) ion in the complex. It is expected for GHK-Cu and does not affect the reconstitution math, which depends only on the labeled mass and water volume.
GHK-Cu is investigated in preclinical, in-vitro research on extracellular-matrix remodeling, collagen synthesis, and antioxidant-enzyme regulation. For laboratory research use only.
