The volume sets the concentration: 1500 mg in 10 mL is 150 mg/mL; 1500 mg in 15 mL is 100 mg/mL. Because the vial is very high-mass, several millilitres of solvent are typical — enter your volume above.
The reconstitution math is identical, but glutathione ships at 1500 mg versus a typical 5–10 mg peptide vial, so a larger solvent volume is needed to reach a practical concentration.
