NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme central to cellular metabolism, studied in vitro for mitochondrial function, sirtuin activation, and DNA-repair research. Although it is a dinucleotide rather than a peptide, it ships lyophilized in a 500 mg vial and is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water the same way. This calculator presets NAD+ so you can convert its vial and a water volume into an exact stock concentration.

The volume sets the concentration: 500 mg in 5 mL is 100 mg/mL; 500 mg in 10 mL is 50 mg/mL. NAD+ is used at much larger amounts than microgram peptides, so a larger solvent volume keeps the concentration practical — enter your volume above.
The math is identical (mass divided by solvent volume), but NAD+ is a high-mass coenzyme, so it is typically dissolved in several milliliters rather than 1–2 mL.
