PT-141 (bremelanotide) is a synthetic cyclic heptapeptide melanocortin-receptor agonist studied in vitro at MC3R and MC4R. It ships lyophilized in a 10 mg vial and is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. This calculator presets PT-141 so you can turn a vial and a water volume into an exact stock concentration and syringe draw.
